Prices and promotional offers

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all French taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs including packaging, handling and postage. They are calculated according to the weight and the destination area. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed on the site.
Espelida reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time, but the products will be invoiced at the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded, subject to availability on that date.

Promotional offers are only valid within the limit of the validity period of the offer concerned and available stocks.

Availablity

All product offers offered on the site are only valid within the limits of available stocks. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order, Espelida will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible. You will then have the possibility either to order another equivalent article, or to have a credit note or if you wish, you can request a refund by check.

Payment terms

The payment of your purchases on the site takes place exclusively in Euros.

Methods of payment: payment with order by credit card, by paypal, or deferred payment by check (for France only).

The processing of the order will only begin after confirmation of payment.

Delivery

Particular care is taken with parcels containing fragile products.

Delivery is made to the place indicated by the buyer on the order form. Packages are generally shipped within 2 to 5 days after receipt of your payment. These delivery times are exclusive of transport problems.

The shipping method is by Colissimo, delivered without signature. We will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

The goods travel at the recipient's risk.

Right of withdrawal and return

In accordance with the provisions of article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal, which allows him to return his product(s) for 14 clear days from the date of delivery thereof. . The customer must notify Espelida by email or telephone within the time limit set out above. He must then return the unused product(s) at his own expense, in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice to Espelida, 383 route du Verdier, 30120 Pommiers.

Upon receipt of the product(s), Espelida will refund the product(s) within thirty days of receipt of the customer's request for withdrawal, and provided that:

- the products are returned complete, unopened, undamaged and unsoiled;

- the products are sufficiently packaged so that they are not damaged for the return; - the reason for return is stipulated.

Otherwise, Espelida reserves the right to refuse the return of the package.

Information and freedoms

The information of personal information collected in the context of distance selling is mandatory, this information being necessary for the processing and delivery of orders as well as for the establishment of invoices. This information is strictly confidential and is not passed on to third parties.

Litigation

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
